Evian Villas are located in the heart of Shipyard Plantation and offers lush and beautifully landscaped grounds, tennis courts, a beautiful community pool, and close access to the beach. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this end unit comfortably sleeps six and has been recently refurnished. The living room has a sleeper sofa, love seat, recliner, fireplace, wet bar, and large wall mounted flat screen television. The dining room seats six and has access to the balcony outside. The kitchen is light and bright, has a flat cook tops, ample counter space and an eat-in breakfast nook that eats three. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, comfortable seating area, flat screen TV, large windows, and access to the master bath. The bath has a tub and shower combination and tall window that lets in a lot of natural light. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a lot of extra space. The other bathroom has a tub and shower combination and pedestal sink. Consider renting bikes to best tour the Island, as there are over 60 miles of leisure paths. Bike to the beach and then on the beach, as the sand is flat and expansive and perfect for a casual ride or stroll. Being in Shipyard, guests are close to all that the Island has to offer with the benefit of being tucked away in a miniature forest preserve. Head down Pope Avenue to Coligny Plaza where there are over 60 shops and restaurants and a movie theater. Nearby are a few marinas where guests can rent boats, kayaks, eco tours, jet skis, fishing excursions, and much more. For the golf lovers, there are many courses to choose from, including 27 holes at the Shipyard Golf Club. You'll find something to do every minute of your trip here or you can simply choose to relax and enjoy the environment. |
