Resort Rentals of Hilton Head Island presents this 3 Bedroom 3.5 Bath Sea Pines Plantation villa, located a short walk to the Atlantic Ocean. Just a short walk to the rolling Atlantic and wide sandy beach lining its shore, this 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom townhouse in the gated community of Sea Pines Plantation has a peaceful tree-framed view of the Ocean Course and use of the complex's two pools with large decks and chaises for sunbathing. The pet friendly* villa's living area is open, with comfortable furnishings, a flat screen TV with DVD/VCR player, sliding glass doors to the patio area and open to both the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large pass through to the dining area, which seats 6. There is also a powder room on the first floor. Upstairs are all three bedrooms, beginning with the master bedroom which has a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, a vanity and dressing area, plus a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV, and private bath with tub/shower combination, while the third bedroom has a trundle day bed as well as a private bathroom with tub/shower combination. Also included are free wireless internet access and laundry facilities. Bikes are easy to rent and a great way to get around using the designated paths. Golfers can take on the challenge of the Ocean Course, or try the Heron or Harbour Town Golf Links, also within Sea Pines. While there are nature walks through Sea Pines Preserve, another way to enjoy the beauty of the graceful live oaks draped in spanish moss, tall pines, and palmettos, is to take a trail ride out of Lawton Stables, which also has a petting farm. There are two marinas within Sea Pines, South Beach and Harbour Town, which both have motor and sail boats available as well as para-sailing, zodiac rides, deep sea fishing charters, or kayaks to quietly paddle along the marshy edges of Calibogue Sound where so much of the local wildlife can be found.
