This 2nd floor unit (walk up) has views of the pool area, woods and landscaping. It is wonderfully furnished in tones of blue, green and yellow. Special decorative details include shuttered windows and ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms. The up-to-date kitchen features a smooth cooktop, side by side refrigerator with ice dispenser and Corian countertops. The living room features a 53" HDTV. The master bedroom, which features a kind bed and television, has a small private balcony for two. The private master bathroom contain a garden jacuzzi tub, double vanities and separate step-in shower with seat. The guest bedroom, which features a queen and a twin bed, also has a television an dprivate bathroom containing a garden jacuzzi tub, double vanities and separate step-in shower with seat. Possibly the most outstanding feature of this property is the large screened porch accessed from the living room and guest bedroom. It is equipped with two ceiling fans and plenty of porch furniture and provides a fabulous additional living space overlooking the pool. Clusters of elevated two-story buildings, four one-level units per building, are located just steps from the beach (next to Barrington).
