Port Royal Plantation - Hilton Head Island

Port Royal Plantation has the distinction of being considered a lively resort destination with a quiet residential atmosphere. The elegant Port Royal Clubhouse is over 4500 feet in size and can accommodate groups from 5 to 500.

At the Fort Walker area, confederate troops were defeated by the union forces who established fort Sherman in the center of the plantation. Port Royal has a rich heritage of civil war historical sites and several areas are preserved as such.

You'll come back to the present with a visit to the Westin Hotel. Located on the property but not within the boundaries of Port Royal's private gated community, the Westin offers great dining experience and live entertainment with a beachfront backdrop.
