The Adventure Cove Family Fun Center has two miniature golf courses, a huge arcade, and another separate arcade located at the Shelter Cove Mall—it’s called Goin’ Bananas. If you and the kids are interested in artsy stuff, head over to the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina and grab tickets to West Side Story during October, Irving Berlin’s White Christmas during December, or Neil Simon’s The Odd Couple during February.

Stay out of the sun for a while and go bowling at the Island’s Main Street Lanes, where you can find Xtreme Bowling with low lights and loud lyrics. Or catch that flick you’ve been waiting for at one of Hilton Heads three theaters! The Coligny Plaza Theater is a one-screen venue, but if you want to watch a hit film, you can check out the Northridge Cinema 10 on William Hilton Parkway across from Starbucks or the Park Plaza Cinemas on Office Park Road.
