The Town of Hilton Head Island's Community Bicycle Ride on Saturday, May 4th will kick-off National Bicycling Month. Bring a helmet and their will be yoga/stretching at the end of the ride. The ride will be about 3 miles starting at Coligny Beach Park riding down to the Marriott Hotel in Palmetto Dunes and back.

17th Annual Rib Burnoff and Barbecue Fest
The Kiwanis Club of Hilton Head Island once again puts on this great event. Expecting nearly 20 cooks will be competing from professionals to amateurs providing their best lick smacking food. Other activities include a water slide for the kids weather permitting and fun music by the Chilly Willy Band. All proceeds will be going to Local Children's Charities.
